The Teens @ The Turn Mentorship Program allows teens, 15 to 19 years of age, who are interested in directing, stage management, and theatre design, to work alongside the festival’s professional directors, stage managers, and set, costume, lighting, and sound designers. The teens assist the pros, and gain valuable insight into how professional theatre productions come together at the Citadel Theatre.
