    Select the seats you prefer before tickets go on sale to the general public.
  • Order today and see the plays you want to see and avoid the disappointment of hearing: “Sorry, we’re sold out.”
  • Take advantage of our No Hassle Exchange Policy. You will not be charged a handling fee for ticket exchanges.
  • If you need to change your ticket to a more expensive day or time, you only be charged the difference in the price of the ticket.

Regardless of where you are coming from, there is a performance sure to fit your busy schedule. Many residents in outlying communities find weekend afternoon shows work well for them. Come to the city, shop or run errands, take in a play and return home the same day.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
You pick the plays you want to see with a My Series package. You get six flexible tickets to redeem at our Box Office in any combination. Select from any of our 12 plays. With the My Series basic package, a $25 surcharge is applied to any ticket redeemed for The Drowsy Chaperone, A Christmas Carol, Sweeney Todd or Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

If you refer someone who was not a Citadel subscriber during the 2008/09 season, and they purchase a subscription package for the 2009/10 season, you will receive a 15% refund on your 2009/10 subscription order.

If you have Citadel Theatre tickets you are unable to use, they can be donated to Kids Up Front by contacting our Box Office at 780-425-1820.
