Foote Theatre School Payment, Registration and Cancellation policies

FULL PAYMENT must be made at the time of registration. Registration is available by phone, mail, or fax.

Cancellations up to 7 days before the first camp will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refund available after that time. Requests for a refund must be in writing and addressed to the Foote Theatre School or e-mailed to theatreschool@citadeltheatre.com.

Please note that there is a $25 processing fee that will be charged to transfer from one camp to another. FTS reserves the right to cancel any camp with insufficient enrolment. In that event, a full refund will be provided or we will try to place the student in another FTS camp at no additional cost.

Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis (with the exception of camps open only by application). Once a camp is full, registrants will be placed on a waiting list in the order they are received.

All Theatre School camps are age and skill specific. Please read the age limits carefully. Any exceptions to age limits or application procedures must be approved by Foote Theatre School Staff.

During the course of our various activities any personal information we gather is kept in confidence and any use of or other dealing with this information it subject to consent. The Citadel Theatre does not share, trade or sell personal information. Questions, concerns or complaints relating to the Citadel Theatre’s privacy policy or the treatment of personal information should be emailed to mbouthillier@citadeltheatre.com.
