Reservations

A deposit of $450 per person is due at the time of booking.
Final payment is due June 20, 2008.

General Information

Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated, are per person based on the room occupancy selected and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates do not include taxes and fees, meals or sightseeing unless indicated, or any other item of a personal nature.

Insurance

AMA strongly recommends the purchase of cancellation and/or medical insurance. Ask your AMA Travel Counsellor for coverage details and rates.

Responsibility

The Alberta Motor Association Travel (the “Company”) acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, railroads, steamship companies, insurance companies, and other providers of accommodation, transportation or other services (the “Suppliers”). As such, the Company makes every effort to ensure that the quality of the services rendered by the Suppliers is consistent with the descriptions provided. Note that pictures and photographs are not intended to be guarantees of all the attributes represented. From time to time, specific services are not available for reasons beyond the control of the Companies.

All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets (the “Travel Documents”) are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which such services are provided by the Suppliers. Your acceptance and use of such Travel Documents shall also evidence the Customer’s consent to the following conditions:

1. That neither the Company, nor its affiliates, agents or employees shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage or claim to any person or property unless it arises from the international act of negligence of any one for whose actions the Company is responsible.
2. The rates quoted are in Canadian currency and are those in effect at the time of printing. Should tariff or exchange rates vary at any time prior to the date of travel, the Company reserves the right to change the stated rates without notice.
3. That neither the Company nor its affiliates, agents or employees shall be liable for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient passport, visa or other documentation.
4. That you abide by all “no smoking” rules imposed by any of the Suppliers.
5. That you will sign on request, an authorization to use the credit card whose number you have provided in payment for these services. Credit cards accepted: Visa or MasterCard.
6. If a show should close prior to the tour, a performance of equivalent quality will be substituted.
